AB448-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB448-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: before "Photographs" insert "(1)".

AB448-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB448-AA1,1,5 "(2) (a) In this subsection, "health education activities" means educational activities relating to medicine or human health.

AB448-AA1,1,11 (b) Notwithstanding sub. (1), the custodian of photographs or other pictorial images of a deceased person that are taken during an autopsy may release copies of the photographs or other pictorial images for use in health education activities conducted by a coroner or medical examiner or under the auspices of a postsecondary educational institution or to persons conducting health care peer reviews or health care quality assurance activities.".
