AB448-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB448-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: before "Photographs" insert "(1)".

AB448-AA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB448-AA3,1,5 "(2) (a) In this subsection, "health education activities" means educational activities relating to medicine or human health.

AB448-AA3,1,11 (b) Notwithstanding sub. (1), the custodian of photographs or other pictorial images of a deceased person that are taken during an autopsy may release copies of the photographs or other pictorial images for use in medical, health, or forensic education activities conducted under the auspices of a coroner, physician, or medical examiner or to persons conducting health care peer reviews or health care quality assurance activities.".
