AB473-ASA1-AA2,1,3 " Section 3m. 73.13 of the statutes is created to read:

AB473-ASA1-AA2,1,7 73.13 Department liability for errors. Any person who, in error, is placed on the list that is described under s. 73.03 (61) may bring a civil action against the department of revenue for an amount of not more than $10,000 for damages that result from the person's erroneous placement on the list.".
