AB479-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB479-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute:

AB479-AA1,1,6 "27.01 (7m) (bm) 1. In this paragraph, "nonprofit organization" means a nonstock, nonprofit corporation described under section 501 (c) (3) or (4) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from taxation under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code.".

AB479-AA1,1,8 2. Page 3, line 9: delete "friends group" and substitute "nonprofit organization".
