SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 50

AB50-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB50-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: after that line, delete the material inserted by assembly amendment 1 and substitute:

AB50-SA1,1,4 " Section 2m. 814.705 (3) of the statutes is created to read:

AB50-SA1,1,7 814.705 (3) With respect to sheriff's fees for the seizure of property or evictions under s. 814.70 (8), the county board may establish a higher fee in an amount not to exceed the actual costs incurred in performing the seizure or eviction.".
