AB507-ASA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB507-ASA2-AA1,1,5 1. Page 10, line 22: after "state" insert ", if the business that claims the exemption under this subsection has made a commitment, in its published annual report, to reduce its annual nonrenewable energy use per unit of output by a total of 5 percent within 3 years from the date that the commitment was published".
