SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 519

AB519-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB519-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute:

AB519-SA1,1,4 "29.336 Feeding deer. (1) In this section:

AB519-SA1,1,6 (a) "Feeding deer" means to place any material to feed or attract deer in or from the wild.

AB519-SA1,1,7 (b) "Municipality" means a city, village, or town.".

AB519-SA1,1,8 2. Page 1, line 12: delete "counties".

AB519-SA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 to 5.

AB519-SA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 6: delete that line and substitute:

AB519-SA1,1,12 "(c) A municipality in which the municipality or a portion of the municipality is within a 10-mile".

AB519-SA1,2,2 5. Page 2, line 10: on lines 10 and 16, after "counties" insert "or municipalities".

AB519-SA1,2,3 6. Page 2, line 15: after that line insert:

AB519-SA1,2,5 "(d) The material used to feed deer does not contain any animal part or animal byproduct.".

AB519-SA1,2,6 7. Page 2, line 22: after that line insert:

AB519-SA1,2,8 "(d) The material used to feed deer does not contain any animal part or animal byproduct.".
