AB524-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB524-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with "Any" and ending with "membership." on page 3, line 3.

AB524-AA2,1,4 2. Page 13, line 23: after that line insert:

AB524-AA2,1,8 "(d) Any member of the board who owns 5 percent or more of the outstanding ownership interests of a venture capital fund, community-based seed capital fund, or business that seeks certification under pars. (a) to (c) may not take part in the decision of whether to certify the fund or business.".
