ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 530

AB530-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB530-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: after "on department." insert "(a)".

AB530-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 3: delete ", constructed before September 16, 2003,".

AB530-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 6: delete "(17)." and substitute "(17) that is constructed in any of the following locations:

AB530-AA1,1,7 1. Along the Nicolet State Trail where the trail crosses the existing railroad trestle over the Pine River and the Popple River.

AB530-AA1,1,9 2. In Florence County along State Highway 101 where the trail would cross both the Pine and the Popple rivers.

AB530-AA1,1,11 3. In Florence County along County Highway N where the trail would cross the Pine River.

AB530-AA1,1,13 4. In Marinette County along County Highway V where the trail would cross the Pike River.

AB530-AA1,2,3 (b) The state shall permit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles to travel in a corridor across any state land that separates an all-terrain vehicle trail or a snowmobile trail and the bridges constructed at the locations listed under par. (a).".
