AB551-SA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 6: after "board", before the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, insert ", except that a town board has no authority to approve or disapprove a shoreland zoning ordinance under s. 59.692 or a floodplain zoning ordinance under s. 87.30".
