AB58-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB58-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete "No" and substitute "(1) Except as provided in sub. (2), no".

AB58-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB58-AA1,1,10 "(2) The operator of a motor vehicle equipped with a cellular or other mobile telephone device that allows the operator to talk and listen without holding the telephone or its handset or receiver may utilize this device if the operator does not hold or touch the telephone or its handset or receiver while operating the motor vehicle except to enable the device, enter a telephone number, or hang up or turn off the telephone.".
