AB596-ASA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB596-ASA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 5, line 18: delete "No" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (b), no".

AB596-ASA2-AA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 21: after that line insert:

AB596-ASA2-AA1,1,8 "(b) 1. In this paragraph, "private raceway facility" means a closed course or area on private land that is designated by the sponsor of a sanctioned race or derby for the purpose of conducting a sanctioned race or derby and that may include a marked warm-up and testing area and crew pits.

AB596-ASA2-AA1,1,10 2. A person may operate an all-terrain vehicle that is constructed in the manner described in par. (a) at a raceway facility.".
