AB600-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB600-SA2,1,3 1. Page 11, line 20: after "council" insert "and approval of the joint committee on finance as provided in this subsection".

AB600-SA2,1,8 2. Page 11, line 25: after "thereon." insert "After approval of the proposed plan or any modification of the plan by the board, the board shall submit the proposed plan or modification to the joint committee on finance for the approval of the committee. The board may adopt the proposed plan or modification only if the committee approves the proposed plan or modification.".
