AB61-ASA2-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB61-ASA2-AA1,1,3 21. Page 6, line 5: delete "From the appropriation" and substitute "Except as
3provided in subd. 2m., from the appropriation".
AB61-ASA2-AA1,1,4 42. Page 6, line 12: after that line insert:
AB61-ASA2-AA1,2,3 5"2m. The commission shall identify the total amount of all wireless 911 charges
6and fees that a wireless provider has imposed on and collected from customers in this
7state before the date that the surcharge under the rules promulgated under par. (f)
81. is first imposed. The commission shall also identify the total amount of all
9revenues generated by such charges and fees and the benefits that customers in this
10state have received from the imposition of such charges and fees. In making grants
11to a wireless provider under subd. 2., the commission shall adjust the amount of the
12grants to take into account the amount of charges and fees identified by the

1commission for that wireless provider under this subdivision. The commission may
2inspect any records of a wireless provider that are necessary for the commission to
3administer the requirements of this subdivision.".
AB61-ASA2-AA1,2,4 43. Page 8, line 11: after that line insert:
AB61-ASA2-AA1,2,8 5"(fm) Report. Before making any grant under par. (d), the commission shall
6prepare and submit a report to the legislature, in the manner provided under s.
713.172 (2), and to the governor, describing the charges, fees, revenues, and benefits
8that the commission has identified under par. (d) 2m.".
