AB61-ASA2-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB61-ASA2-AA2,1,2 1. Page 7, line 4: after "record-keeping" insert "and reporting".

AB61-ASA2-AA2,1,5 2. Page 7, line 5: after "commission." insert "The rules shall require a wireless provider to report whether the wireless provider has made donations specified in par. (dm) and to describe the donations.".

AB61-ASA2-AA2,1,6 3. Page 7, line 11: after that line insert:

AB61-ASA2-AA2,1,11 "(dm) Women's shelter donations. The commission shall encourage wireless providers that receive grants under par. (d) to use a portion of the grants to donate wireless telephone handsets with location identification technology to battered women's shelters or other organizations that provide a safe haven for victims of domestic violence.".
