ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 61

AB61-ASA2-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB61-ASA2-AA3,1,4 1. Page 1, line 8: after "s. 146.70 (3m) (f) 1." insert ", less the amount resulting from applying the percentage determined under the rules promulgated under s. 146.70 (3m) (fm),".

AB61-ASA2-AA3,1,5 2. Page 1, line 10: after that line insert:

AB61-ASA2-AA3,1,6 " Section 1m. 20.475 (1) (q) of the statutes is created to read:

AB61-ASA2-AA3,1,10 20.475 (1) (q) Domestic violence assistant district attorneys. From the wireless 911 fund, the percentage determined under the rules promulgated under s. 146.70 (3m) (fm) of the moneys received under s. 146.70 (3m) (f) 1., for salaries and fringe benefits of assistant district attorneys who prosecute domestic violence cases.".

AB61-ASA2-AA3,2,3 3. Page 6, line 10: after "local government" insert ", and except that the commission shall make appropriate reductions in the grant amounts on the basis of the percentage determined under the rules promulgated under par. (fm)".

AB61-ASA2-AA3,2,4 4. Page 8, line 11: after that line insert:

AB61-ASA2-AA3,2,8 "(fm) Domestic violence assistant district attorneys. The commission shall promulgate rules that specify a percentage of the moneys received under par. (f) 1. that shall be used for salaries and fringe benefits of assistant district attorneys who prosecute domestic violence cases.".
