AB61-SSA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB61-SSA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 10, line 3: after that line, on page 1, line 12, of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, delete "not a significant".

AB61-SSA2-AA1,1,5 2. Page 10, line 3: after that line, on page 2, line 1, of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, delete "portion" and substitute "no more than 5%".

AB61-SSA2-AA1,1,7 3. Page 10, line 3: after that line, on page 2, line 3, of the material inserted by senate amendment 1, delete "an impediment" and substitute "a disincentive".
