AB655-ASA2-AA3,1,3 " Section 135m. 30.206 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB655-ASA2-AA3,1,8 30.206 (2) A general permit In addition to any conditions imposed under sub. (1) (c), a general permit may include any other conditions determined by the department to be reasonably necessary to prevent environmental pollution and to protect the public interest and public rights in navigable waters and the rights of other riparian owners.".
