AB67-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB67-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 21: after that line insert:

AB67-ASA1-AA2,1,3 " Section 3m. 111.337 (1u) of the statutes is created to read:

AB67-ASA1-AA2,1,8 111.337 (1u) If an employer obtains knowledge of an employee's refusal, or statement of intention to refuse, whether or not in writing, based on the employee's creed, to participate in an activity specified in sub. (1r) (b) 1. to 8., the employer shall post in a conspicuous location in the employee's place of employment a notice describing the activity.".

AB67-ASA1-AA2,1,10 " Section 15m. 253.09 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB67-ASA1-AA2,2,3 253.09 (6) A hospital that refuses to admit a patient or allow the use of the hospital facilities for the purpose of performing an activity specified in sub. (1r) (a) 1. to 8. shall post in a conspicuous location in the hospital a notice that describes the activity for which the hospital refuses to admit a patient or allow the use of the hospital facilities.".
