ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 5, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 67

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 7: before "employment" insert "banning the sale of sildenafil citrate;".

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,5 " Section 1d. 100.32 of the statutes is created to read:

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,7 100.32 Sale of sildenafil citrate prohibited. No person may sell or offer to sell sildenafil citrate.

AB67-ASA1-AA5, s. 1r Section 1r. 111.337 (1) of the statutes is renumbered 111.337 (1r) (intro.) and amended to read:".

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,10 3. Page 16, line 22: after that line insert:

AB67-ASA1-AA5,1,11 " Section 28m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB67-ASA1-AA5,2,6 (1) If a person is affected by a contract that is in effect on the effective date of this subsection and that contains provisions that are inconsistent with section 100.32 of the statutes, as created by this act, then, notwithstanding section 100.32 of the statutes, as created by this act, the person may perform its obligations, and exercise its rights, under the provisions of the contract until the contract expires or is extended, modified, or renewed, whichever occurs first.".
