AB67-SA1-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB67-SA1-AA8,1,3 1. Page 2, line 20: delete "and (aq) of the statutes are" and substitute "of the statutes is".

AB67-SA1-AA8,1,8 2. Page 3, line 3: delete that line and substitute "practice with respect to the activity, except that, if the person has the authority to make referrals for patients, such a person may not refuse, or state an intention to refuse, to refer a patient for an activity specified in par. (am) 1. to 8., may be required make such a referral, and may be disciplined for failing to make such a referral.".".

AB67-SA1-AA8,1,10 4. Page 3, line 12: on lines 12 and 13, delete "or (aq)".
