AB792-ASA1-AA6,1,4 1. Page 5, line 16: after "amount." insert "For purposes of this subdivision, "total points and fees" does not include reasonable fees paid to affiliates or nonaffiliates of the lender for bona fide services listed in 12 CFR 226.4 (c) (7).".
