AB793-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB793-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 8 and substitute "permanent situs in this state, but not the intangible personal property of such nonresident decedent.".

AB793-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 17: after that line insert:

AB793-AA1,1,5 " Section 3m. Effective date.

AB793-AA1,1,6 (1) This act takes effect on January 1, 2005.".
