AB796-ASA2,1,2 1An Act to create 38.39 of the statutes; relating to: technical college district
2contracts with businesses for the purpose of providing services and facilities.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB796-ASA2, s. 1 3Section 1. 38.39 of the statutes is created to read:

AB796-ASA2,1,7 438.39 Wisconsin Advantage Jobs Training Program. With the approval
5of the board, a district board may on its own or jointly with any other entity contract
6with a business located in the district to provide the business with one or more of the
7following:

AB796-ASA2,1,8 8(1) Training for jobs created or retained by the business.

AB796-ASA2,1,9 9(2) Adult basic education.

AB796-ASA2,1,10 10(3) Vocational and skill-assessment services.

AB796-ASA2,1,11 11(4) Training facilities, equipment, and material.
