AB86-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB86-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: after "physician" insert ", physician assistant, or nurse practitioner".

AB86-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 8: delete "Annually," and substitute "1. Except as provided in subd. 2., annually".

AB86-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

AB86-AA2,1,9 "2. Subdivision 1. does not apply to routine screening for vision or hearing impairment or scoliosis or to an examination conducted in an emergency or for an injury that requires immediate treatment.".
