AB868-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 12, line 6: delete that line and substitute:

AB868-ASA1-AA1,1,5 "(5) Review of siting decisions. (b) A person who is aggrieved by the decision of a political subdivision".

AB868-ASA1-AA1,1,6 3. Page 12, line 7: after "approval" insert "may challenge the decision".
