AB898-ASA2-AA9,1,4 2. Page 25, line 3: delete the material beginning with ", except" and ending with "$1,000" on line 4.

AB898-ASA2-AA9,1,5 3. Page 25, line 20: delete "$500,000" and substitute "$1,500,000".
