AB926-AA8,1,9 "(4b) Water fee structure proposal. The public service commission shall develop proposals for structures for water fees that encourage water conservation. No later than January 1, 2005, the public service commission shall report to the standing committees of the legislature with jurisdiction over environmental matters, in the manner provided in section 13.172 (3) of the statutes, the proposals it has developed and a description of any statutory changes that would be needed to implement the proposals.".
