AB926-AA9,1,3 1. Page 5, line 23: after "means" insert "an area designated under sub. (8) (am) or".

AB926-AA9,1,4 2. Page 10, line 24: after that line insert:

AB926-AA9,1,9 "(am) A county may request the department to designate an additional groundwater protection area within the county. The department may designate no more than 4 groundwater protection areas under this paragraph. The department may specify a minimum size for a groundwater protection area created under this paragraph.".
