AR3-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

AR3-ASA1-AA2,1,3 " Section 3m. Assembly rule 11m is created to read:

AR3-ASA1-AA2,1,11 Assembly Rule 11m. Committees of conference. If a committee of conference, or a successor committee of conference, has not submitted a report within 30 days after the appointment of the committee, the committee of conference is dissolved. If so dissolved, another committee of conference consisting of members who have not served on the committee of conference or a successor committee of conference shall be appointed within 5 days as provided under the rules of the senate and assembly for the initial appointments and may proceed to further consideration of the proposal or of amendments thereto.".
