AR3-ASA1-AA9,1,8 Assembly Rule 11m. Committees of conference. A report of a committee of conference on an executive budget bill introduced under section 16.47 (1) of the statutes may not be considered by the assembly until it has been made available to the members of that house for at least 6 days after the day on which the members receive a summary of the bill prepared by the legislative fiscal bureau.".
