SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 100

SB100-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB100-SA2,1,2 1. Page 5, line 24: delete "emergency".

SB100-SA2,1,3 2. Page 6, line 3: delete "emergency".

SB100-SA2,1,4 3. Page 8, line 20: delete "fewer" and substitute "25 or fewer".

SB100-SA2,1,5 4. Page 8, line 21: delete "than 25" and substitute "than 25".

SB100-SA2,1,6 5. Page 8, line 22: after that line insert:

SB100-SA2,1,7 " Section 15t. 814.245 (2) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB100-SA2,1,11 814.245 (2) (b) "Small business" means a business entity, including its affiliates, which is independently owned and operated, and which employs 25 or fewer than 25 full-time employees or which has gross annual sales of less than $2,500,000 $5,000,000.".
