SB100-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB100-SA3,1,3 1. Page 3, line 24: after "business" insert "due to the failure by the agency to provide requested advice or".

SB100-SA3,1,5 2. Page 4, line 5: after "advice" insert "or failure of the agency to provide requested advice".

SB100-SA3,1,6 3. Page 7, line 17: after " rules" insert "or guidelines".

SB100-SA3,1,8 4. Page 7, line 19: delete that line and substitute "date], review the rules and guidelines of the agency to determine whether any of those rules or guidelines place".
