SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 14

SB14-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB14-SA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 13: delete lines 13 to 21 and substitute:

SB14-SA2,1,3 " Section 13m. 942.08 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB14-SA2,1,7 942.08 (2) (d) Enters another person's private property without that person's consent and, for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, with the intent to intrude upon or interfere with a person's privacy, and without the consent of each person who is present in the dwelling, looks into any person's dwelling.

SB14-SA2, s. 14m Section 14m. 942.08 (2) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

SB14-SA2,1,12 942.08 (2) (e) Enters another person's private property and, for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification and with the intent to intrude upon or interfere with a person's privacy, looks into the dwelling of any person in which no person is present.".
