SB180-SSA1-SA1,1,3 32. Page 6, line 10: after "revenue" insert ", except as provided in sub. (2m),".

SB180-SSA1-SA1,1,4 43. Page 7, line 4: after that line insert:

SB180-SSA1-SA1,1,5 5" Section 14m. 79.04 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB180-SSA1-SA1,1,86 79.04 (2m) Beginning with the distribution in 2005, the calculation of
7payments to municipalities under sub. (1) and to counties under sub. (2) shall not
8include depreciation.".
