SB188-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB188-SA1,1,3 21. Page 4, line 14: delete "as often as the plan commission considers necessary"
3and substitute "not more than once".
SB188-SA1,1,4 42. Page 7, line 12: after that line insert:
SB188-SA1,1,5 5" Section 8m. 66.1105 (6) (d) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB188-SA1,2,26 66.1105 (6) (d) 1. After Subject to subd. 1m., after the date on which a tax
7incremental district pays off the aggregate of all of its project costs under its project
8plan, but not later than the date on which a tax incremental district terminates
9under sub. (7) (am), a planning commission may amend under sub. (4) (h) 1. the
10project plan of such a tax incremental district to allocate positive tax increments
11generated by that tax incremental district to another tax incremental district
12created by that planning commission in which soil affected by environmental

1pollution exists to the extent that development has not been able to proceed
2according to the project plan because of the environmental pollution.
SB188-SA1, s. 8s 3Section 8s. 66.1105 (6) (d) 1m. of the statutes is created to read:
SB188-SA1,2,84 66.1105 (6) (d) 1m. After December 31, 2016, subd. 1. applies only to Tax
5Incremental District Number One, Tax Incremental District Number Four, and Tax
6Incremental District Number Five in the City of Kenosha, and no increments may
7be allocated under that subdivision, after December 31, 2016, unless the allocation
8is approved by the joint review board.".
