SB197-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB197-AA1,1,6 1. Page 16, line 13: after "2005" insert ", if the apportionment formulas under section 71.45 (3) (intro.), (a), and (b) and (3m) of the statutes are approved by the joint committee on finance and by the governor, as provided under section 13.10 of the statutes, after July 1, 2005".

SB197-AA1,1,7 2. Page 16, line 13: after that line insert:

SB197-AA1,1,8 " Section 34m. Effective date.

SB197-AA1,1,12 (1) Single sales factor apportionment. This act takes effect on January 1, 2006, if the apportionment formulas as provided under the act are approved by the joint committee on finance and by the governor, as provided under section 13.10 of the statutes, after July 1, 2005.".
