9(1) Private employer health care coverage program. In the schedule under
10section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of employee
11trust funds under section 20.515 (2) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2003,
12the dollar amount is increased by $210,900 for fiscal year 2003-04 and the dollar
1amount is increased by $210,900 for fiscal year 2004-05 to increase funding for the
2purpose for which the appropriation is made.

3(2) General program supplementation. In the schedule under section 20.005
4(3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the joint committee on finance under
5section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2003, the dollar amount
6is decreased by $210,900 for fiscal year 2003-04 and the dollar amount is decreased
7by $210,900 for fiscal year 2004-05 to decrease funding allocated for operating costs
8related to the private employer health care coverage program.".

1333m of this act take effect on July 1, 2003, or on the day after publication of 2003
14Wisconsin Act .... (Senate Bill 44), whichever is later.".
