SB214-AA15,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:
SB214-AA15,1,2 21. Page 58, line 19: delete lines 19 to 25 and substitute:
SB214-AA15,1,9 3"2. While going armed with a concealed weapon, enters or remains in any part
4of a nonresidential building that the person does not own or occupy if the owner of
5the building, if he or she has not leased it to another person, or the occupant of the
6building has not notified the actor that he or she may enter or remain in the building
7while going armed with a concealed weapon or with that type of concealed weapon.
8This subdivision does not apply to a part of a building occupied by the state or one
9of its political subdivisions or to any part of a building used for parking.".
SB214-AA15,1,10 102. Page 59, line 19: delete lines 19 to 25 and substitute:
SB214-AA15,2,3 11"2. For the purposes of sub. (1m) (c) 2., an owner or occupant of a part of a
12nonresidential building has notified an individual that he or she may enter or remain
13in that part of the nonresidential building while going armed with a concealed

1weapon or with a particular type of concealed weapon only if the owner or occupant
2has posted a sign that is located in a prominent place near the primary entrance to
3the part of the nonresidential building to which the notification applies.".
