SB214-AA22,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB214-AA22,1,2 1. Page 16, line 15: after that line insert:

SB214-AA22,1,5 "(iq) "School neighborhood" means any place within 1,000 feet of the grounds of a school, as defined in s. 948.61 (1) (b), but does not include school premises, as defined in s. 948.61 (1) (c).".

SB214-AA22,1,7 2. Page 18, line 10: delete "or 943.13 (1m) (c)" and substitute ", 943.13 (1m) (c), 948.605, or 948.61".

SB214-AA22,1,9 3. Page 46, line 12: delete "zone, as defined in s. 948.605 (1) (c), unless he or she is not in" and substitute "neighborhood unless one of the following".

SB214-AA22,1,10 4. Page 46, line 13: delete that line.

SB214-AA22,1,11 5. Page 47, line 5: delete lines 5 to 7.

SB214-AA22,2,2 6. Page 60, line 14: delete that line and substitute "to whom all of the following apply:
