ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 35, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 214

SB214-AA35,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB214-AA35,1,2 1. Page 18, line 19: delete lines 19 to 22 and substitute:

SB214-AA35,1,4 "(cm) If he or she is carrying a concealed weapon, a licensee or out-of-state licensee shall do all of the following:

SB214-AA35,1,7 1. Inform any law enforcement officer who stops the person or any vehicle, as defined in s. 29.001 (87), or watercraft, as defined in s. 30.01 (7), in or on which the person is traveling that he or she is carrying a concealed weapon.

SB214-AA35,1,9 2. Display his or her license document or out-of-state authorization to any law enforcement officer upon the request of the law enforcement officer.".

SB214-AA35,1,10 2. Page 47, line 19: delete "(c)" and substitute "(cm) 2.".
