SB214-AA48,1,2 1. Page 44, line 12: after that line insert:

SB214-AA48,1,3 "3m. A group home or a residential care center for children and youth.".

SB214-AA48,1,4 2. Page 45, line 20: after that line insert:

SB214-AA48,1,10 "(ag) Notwithstanding par. (a) 3m., the authorized representative of a group home or a residential care center for children and youth may permit a licensee or out-of-state licensee to carry a concealed weapon in the home or center if the authorized representative gives written notice to the parents or guardians of the individuals placed in the home or center and to the court that placed the individuals in the home or center.".
