SB214-AA49,1,2 1. Page 45, line 20: after that line insert:

SB214-AA49,1,8 "17. A building or structure owned by the state or a local unit of government, as defined in s. 16.53 (11), except that the prohibition under this subdivision shall not apply to any such local unit of government whose governing body, by a two-thirds majority vote, passes a resolution expressly permitting a licensee or an out-of-state licensee to carry a concealed weapon in a building or structure owned by the local unit of government.".
