SB214-AA50,1,3 2. Page 43, line 21: delete that line and substitute:

SB214-AA50,1,5 3. Page 44, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4.

SB214-AA50,1,6 4. Page 45, line 23: after that line insert:

SB214-AA50,1,9 "(ap) Neither a licensee nor an out-of-state licensee may carry a concealed weapon while he or she is in or on a motor vehicle, including a snowmobile or an all-terrain vehicle.".

SB214-AA50,1,11 5. Page 46, line 13: after "(1) (b)," insert "he or she is not in or on a motor vehicle, including a snowmobile or an all-terrain vehicle,".
