Section 11m. 59.25 (3) (u) of the statutes is created to read:

(3) (u) 1. In this paragraph, "allocated license fees" means all money
5received by the sheriff under s. 175.50 (7) (bd) or (15) (b) 4. a. or, if the sheriff is a party
6to an agreement under s. 175.50 (2) (c), all money allocated to the sheriff under the
7agreement from money received under s. 175.50 (7) (bd) or (15) (b) 4. a.

15weapon under s. 175.50, including any such costs incurred under an agreement
