SB214-SSA2-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB214-SSA2-SA1,1,6 21. Page 12, line 16: after "(b)." insert "This paragraph does not limit the right
3that a person may have under s. 943.13 (1m) (c) to prohibit a licensee or an
4out-of-state licensee from entering or remaining in a building used by a health care
5facility, as defined in s. 150.84 (2), if the licensee or out-of-state licensee is carrying
6a concealed weapon. In this paragraph, "building" includes a part of a building."
