SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 214

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,3 1. Page 5, line 23: delete lines 23 to 24 and substitute "meet training requirements and pass criminal background checks in those states and".

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,4 2. Page 10, line 6: delete "to which" and substitute "if".

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,5 3. Page 10, line 9: delete lines 9 to 12 and substitute:

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,7 "2. The state is listed in the rule promulgated by the department of justice under s. 165.25 (11).".

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,10 4. Page 10, line 14: delete that line and substitute "who is not a Wisconsin resident, who has been issued an out-of-state authorization, and who is not prohibited from".

SB214-SSA2-SA2,1,11 5. Page 42, line 4: delete "to a licensee".

SB214-SSA2-SA2,2,2 6. Page 42, line 5: after "class" insert "if the course or class is one described in sub. (3) (h)".
