SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,2 1. Page 1, line 13: delete "weapon," and substitute "weapon and".

SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,3 2. Page 1, line 13: delete "purchases," and substitute "purchases".

SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,5 3. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with "requiring" and ending with "penalties" on line 2.

SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,7 4. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 46, line 23.

SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,8 5. Page 47, line 6: delete lines 6 to 9.

SB214-SSA2-SA20,1,10 6. Page 47, line 13: delete the material beginning with "he or she is" and ending with "weapon." on line 14 and substitute "any of the following applies:

SB214-SSA2-SA20,2,2 1. The individual is prohibited under federal law from possessing a firearm that has been transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

SB214-SSA2-SA20,2,3 2. The individual is prohibited from possessing a firearm under s. 941.29.".
