SB214-SSA2-SA42,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB214-SSA2-SA42,1,3 1. Page 38, line 2: after that line, after the material inserted by senate amendment 4 to senate substitute amendment 2, insert:

SB214-SSA2-SA42,1,11 "17. A nonresidential building that the person does not own or occupy, unless the owner of the building, if he or she has not leased it to another person, or the occupant of the building has posted, in a prominent place near the primary entrance to the building, a sign that is at least 11 inches square stating that a person may enter and remain in the building while going armed with a concealed weapon. In this subdivision, "nonresidential building" includes any part of a nonresidential building but does not include any part of a building occupied by the state or one of its political subdivisions or any part of a building used for parking.".
