SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,2 1. Page 8, line 23: after "(2g) (b)" insert "and (cm)".

SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,3 2. Page 12, line 23: after that line insert:

SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,5 "(cm) If he or she is going armed with a concealed handgun, a licensee or an out-of-state licensee shall carry a device to lock and secure the handgun.".

SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,6 3. Page 39, line 11: after that line insert:

SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,9 "(dm) If a licensee or an out-of-state licensee is carrying a handgun, he or she shall lock and secure the handgun if he or she leaves it unattended in a motor vehicle or at another location.".

SB214-SSA2-SA49,1,10 4. Page 39, line 12: delete "(b) or (c)" and substitute "(b), (c), or (cm)".
